Dr. Erin LeDell is the Founder and CEO of DataScientific, Inc. DataScientific was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in the Bay Area in California, USA. Dr. LeDell has 19 years of experience building software in the AI/data industry, and received her Ph.D. from UC Berkeley where her research focused on machine learning and computational statistics.

For eight years, she served as Chief Machine Learning Scientist at H2O.ai , the company that produces the open source, distributed machine learning platform, H2O , as well as Driverless AI, h2oGPT, LLMStudio, Wave, and beyond. Before joining H2O.ai, she was the Principal Data Scientist at two early stage startups (Wise.io, acquired by GE Digital in 2016 and Marvin Mobile Security, acquired by Veracode in 2012), and a software engineer at a large consulting firm.
